Reed's Mid-Day Reads Book Discussion

Adults are invited to Reed Memorial Library on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 1:30 pm for an informal discussion of the book A Curious Beginning by Deanna Raybourn.
This Victorian mystery follows Veronica Speedwell, a young woman determined to live an independent life and breaks all of the cliches of proper Victorian ladies. After suffering from a home invasion, Veronica finds herself in a series of events that pairs her with a mysterious baron and an ill-tempered naturalist.


Pokémon Club

Reed Memorial Library will be launching a new Pokémon Club for youth 4-14 years old that will meet on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
This club is open to Pokémon card collectors interested in battling their decks against other opponents and trading cards with other fans.

Adult Craft Night

Our next adult craft night will take place on Thursday, September 20 at 6:30 pm.
Adults are invited to get crafty and make something that they can take home and keep.
Space is limited, registration is required. Registration will begin September 1.

Windows 10 Tips & Tricks

Reed Memorial Library will present a class about Windows 10 tips and tricks on Friday, Sept. 21 at 10am.
Participants will learn how to do common tasks in Windows 10 such as moving and resizing program windows, locating programs, and how to adjust settings.
Basic mouse and keyboard skills are required.
Registration is required and space is limited.

Build & Create for Families

Families are invited to Reed Memorial Library on Saturday, August 25, September 22, October 27, November 24, and December 22 from 9:00-4:00 p.m. to participate in building and creating challenges.
This monthly program offers multiple challenges for participants to complete using their imagination and provided materials.
No registration is required.

Art Afternoon for Teens

Reed Memorial Library will host an art afternoon for teens in grades 6-12 on Saturday, September 22 at 2:00 pm.
Enjoy art and creativity through various projects. Ideas for inspiration and supplies will be available for everyone to use.
If weather permits, projects will include sidewalk chalking and outdoor rock painting. Registration is required.

Gaming Club

On the second and fourth Monday of every month
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

This club is open to anyone interested in playing tabletop, roleplaying, or collectible card games.
No registration is required for this event.
