Evening Book Discussion

Adults are invited to Reed Memorial Library on Wednesday, July 11 at 7:00 p.m. for an informal discussion of the book Rules of Civility by Amor Towles.
In this novel set in 1937, a chance encounter with a handsome banker catapults twenty-five-year old Katey into the upper echelons of New York society. The startling consequences of the encounter will require Katey to rely upon her bracing wit and nerve to navigate the journey.
Copies of this book will be available to borrow at the Circulation Desk.

Martial Arts Demonstration

Thursday, July 12
6:30 - 7:30 pm

Demonstrations during this event will include Taekwondo and Hapkido, which are two forms of Korean martial arts.
Dreamsolvers Martial Arts Academy is led by Master Kevin Sheridan and provides martial arts classes for everyone in the family.
No registration is required for this all-ages event. 

Food Truck Friday

Skip the bagged lunch and enjoy eclectic food truck fare at Reed Memorial Library’s Food Truck Fridays every Friday between June 8 and August 31. Food trucks will be available at 167 East Main Street in front of the library between 11:00-1:00 p.m. Seating areas with tables and chairs will be provided. Puzzle Exchange

This program is open to anyone interested in swapping, switching, or trading their current jigsaw puzzles for fresh challenges.
No registration is required and people may come and go throughout the duration of the event.
