The library is open late during Ravenna's Midnight Madness holiday celebration. Stop in for free hot cocoa, storytimes with Santa Claus, holiday photos and live reindeer on the lawn.
See live reindeer on the library’s lawn and learn about these special animals from Spring Mist Farms' handlers. Sip complimentary hot chocolate while you view the gingerbread house display inside and vote for your favorites. Get a free holiday photo with an amazing backdrop - one of our historic fireplaces, decorated for the holiday season.
Families and children can enjoy special storytimes and photos with Santa Claus. No registration is needed but parents may get one ticket per person (children and adults) for one specific photo or storytime to secure a spot. Tickets are available beginning at 9am at the library's first floor desk. The room will be limited to 75 people for each time slot.

Midnight Madness is one of Ravenna’s longest-running annual events. Stores are open late. The city’s tree lighting takes place on the court house lawn and you can watch the holiday parade. Carriage rides, crafts, carolers, food trucks, and more are planned along with downtown holiday shopping. The library is excited to be part of the evening for our third year.
