Lora Gray will lead this seated yoga class that focuses on basic yoga poses, gentle movement and relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Yoga mats are encouraged, but not required. Limited to 15 people
Lora has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance as well as a certified Chair Yoga instructor. Lora currently teaches at various local studios, including One Love Yoga in Kent.
